Return Window

Returns are accepted within 5 to 7 days of the delivery date.

After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and the reason for return.
We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Refund Method

All refunds are issued as store credit only.

No cash, credit/debit card, or original payment refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Return Limitations

Each product can only be returned up to two times.

After two return attempts for the same item (whether for size, fit, defect, etc.), it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued in the form of a code or digital gift card.

Credit can be used on any item in our store and does not expire.

Store credit will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
