Return and Refund Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 5 to 7 days of the delivery date.

  • After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at biancasboutique13@gmail.com within the return window.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are issued as store credit only.

  • No cash, credit/debit card, or original payment refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Return Limitations

  • Each product can only be returned up to two times.

  • After two return attempts for the same item (whether for size, fit, defect, etc.), it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a code or digital gift card.

  • Credit can be used on any item in our store and does not expire.

  • Store credit will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
